Here states our Returns & Refunds policy, if you should need to make a return and ask for a refund please make sure your application is inline with the following.
All Return carriage cost will be paid for by the customer, for any larger or hazardous items, we will contact you to arrange the return. *Please note - any additional cost of us collecting the items will be paid for by you.*

Any goods refunded by you will be processed and reimbursed by us within 30 days of us receiving the refunded items subject to inspection. Items will need to be returned in the following conditions:

original condition
-
unopened
-
unused
If any of the items returned, do not fall within the categories above, the specific item will not be processed for return. We reserve the right to refuse refunds where items are not in a resaleable condition.
Any custom items such as paints are non-refundable. All original shipping costs are not refunded.
All refunds will be made through the same payment method used to pay for the original goods.

Deductions
If the value of the returned good(s) is diminished by the customer misusing, handling or using them incorrectly, any reasonable deductions will be made from the refund amount to cover the value loss of the item(s).
The cost of basic delivery will be refunded. Any additional costs, such as upgraded delivery, is solely on the customer returning the item(s) and not on the company. These upgrades may be deducted from the refunded amount.
